Gluten-free bakery and cafe in San Francisco

Glütless (pronounced like 'glootless') was a small gluten-free bakery I opened in 2016 in San Francisco. It was a passion project - something that started out of necessity, because I have Celiac.
Within a little over a year (since opening), glutless became the number one rated gluten-free place in San Francisco, based on online reviews.

This was the most difficult job I ever had, and for the least pay. But it was also the most rewarding, from the perspective of human interaction.
